Do you deliver to PO boxes?
No. For your convenience and our peace of mind we make use of a door-to-door courier service to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

How long does it take for delivery?
We make use of an overnight courier service so if you place your order before 12h00 Monday - Thursday you will receive it the following morning usually before 11am. Orders placed on a Friday before 12h00 will be delivered on Monday morning and orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Deliveries to outlying areas take an extra day.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders have to be processes via clicking on the Contact Us button, and sending a message to the website. It will then be processed via email

What is the cut-off time for overnight delivery?
The cut-off time for overnight deliveries is 12h00 (Mon - Thu). If you have missed the deadline but urgently require your item please contact us to see what options are still available.

Order tracking
You will receive a tracking number once the order has been processed. You can go to www.thecourierguy.co.za and click on 'Package Locator', here you can enter your tracking number supplied to find out exactly where your package is.

Can I choose to collect my order?
Yes. If you can travel to Centurion you can choose Collection as the delivery method during the checkout process. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation letter containing the collection address.
Note: This option is only valid for orders placed Mon - Fri as our order processing department is closed over weekends and public holidays.

Outlying areas are considered to be anywhere that is not within 50km of the major cities listed above

Modiwall is made using recycled polypropylene plastic by way of injection moulding. Our production partner Sandplast Injection Moulding is located in Cape Town.
